Quality assurance for all process steps and product quality is our top priority. With the implementation of Industry 4.0, we have realized the digital transformation of the 21st century. The intelligent networking of machines and processes in industry with the help of information and communication technology is forward-looking for us.

Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, machines, measuring equipment, and software systems, we are able to track the quality and production status and storage location of each individual pipe. For complete traceability, each pipe is given a barcode or QR code. With the support of code capture, all quality data can be summarized, evaluated, and archived in an integrated system. This makes a significant contribution to the continuous improvement of coating processes and thus also to product quality.

MPC's integrated quality management system complies with recognized international standards and is based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 certification. Compliance with the standards is also regularly monitored by audits conducted by EUROPIPE, customers, and internally.
