Innenbeschichtung

Beschichtungen zur Effizienzsteigerung der Durchflussrate

Here, liquid epoxy resin is sprayed onto the inside of the pipes in a layer thickness of 60 to 100 micrometers. The result is an improvement in gas transport capacity, minimization of frictional resistance, and thus a reduction in the number of compressor stations required. Simplified cleaning and temporary protection against rust make flow coating a unique and cost-effective solution for gas transport.

FLOW EFFICIENCY COATINGS
are applied to gas pipes in typical layer thicknesses between 60 and 100 μm.

LIQUID EPOXY COATINGS
are applied to water pipes, for example, in typical thicknesses between 400 and 500 μm.

Liquid epoxy coatings for water pipes
Here, liquid epoxy resin is applied to the inside of the pipe in layer thicknesses between 400 µm and 500 µm. We use a new generation of solvent-free liquid epoxy resins for this purpose.
